By accessing and using the services of DM Tours Sri Lanka ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

DM Tours Sri Lanka provides travel and tourism services including but not limited to:

• Tour packages and itineraries
• Transportation arrangements
• Accommodation bookings
• Travel consultation and planning
• Cultural and adventure experiences

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Confirmation is provided upon receipt of payment
• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• Special offers and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise

3.2 Payment Terms

• A deposit is required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due before the commencement of services
• Payment methods accepted: Credit cards, bank transfers, cash
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
• 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by DM Tours

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.

5. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

5.1 Travel Documents

• Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
• Required visas and permits
• Travel insurance (recommended)
• Health certificates if required

5.2 Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information
• Arrive on time for scheduled activities
• Follow local laws and customs
• Respect the environment and local communities
• Inform us of any special requirements or medical conditions

6. Limitation of Liability

DM Tours Sri Lanka acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We are not liable for:

• Acts of nature, weather conditions, or natural disasters
• Government actions, political unrest, or security issues
• Delays or cancellations by airlines, hotels, or other service providers
• Personal injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings
• Changes in travel regulations or requirements

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or pandemics.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of DM Tours Sri Lanka and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
